Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of Sales & Marketing administration support and event coordination. This position is based in the Singapore Office. 


  • Support the Sales & Marketing Team in all aspects of Sales & Marketing administration
  • Assist the Marketing Team in strategy development and execution
  • Coordinate and organize all aspects of Sirtex and third party events within agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure smooth execution of the event/s plans
  • Arrange business travel for customers attending Sirtex and third party events in line with APAC Med and Sirtex Policy
  • Work with the Marketing Team to assemble marketing agenda and support for sales training meetings
  • Coordinate and collate monthly reports from APAC region, and conduct sales trend analysis and market research when required
  • Coordinate and maintain consultancy agreements in line with APAC Med and Sirtex Compliance Policy
  • Develop and maintain Customer Relationship Management database for Sirtex APAC, and vendor engagements for Sales & Marketing activities
  • Develop, distribute and manage inventory of marketing collaterals for APAC Region
  • Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Monitor appropriate use of Sirtex logos, copyrights, trademarks in all print and electronic materials and adhere to branding guidelines
  • Undergo all formal training as may be directed from time-to-time
  • Observe and comply with all Sirtex Corporate Policies
  • Work within, and ensure adherence to Quality System procedures, Work Instructions and other Quality System requirements
  • Work within, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment Management System procedures, instructions and other requirements


  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing desirable
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience with organizing events
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Independent, mature, meticulous and team player
