In addition to combining best practices and innovation, Donna excels at building and managing teams that achieve ambitious sales goals. She is particularly adept at overseeing product launches involving complex new technologies.


Since joining Sirtex in 2011, Donna has been promoted twice. As Regional Sales Manager, she opened 28 new accounts, resulting in her advancement to the role of Area Sales Manager in 2014. She became Area Sales Director after receiving the 2017 Sirtex Team Award and being recognized as the No. 1 Area Sales Manager.


Prior to her employment with Sirtex, Donna was an Executive Immunology Specialist at Centocor/Johnson & Johnson, where over the course of seven years, she was responsible for launching the biotechnology product Remicade®, an lgG1 monoclonal antibody. She successfully developed and managed a region that produced annual sales of more than $76 million. In her career, Donna has played a key role in the launch of interventional oncology radioactive isotopes, including pre-commercialization for I131 Bexxar®, as well as I125 Gliasite®.


Donna holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
