With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Cathleen has a proven record of building dynamic teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Cathleen joined Sirtex in 2013 leading the Human Resources function in the Americas. In her tenure, she has championed new leadership-development solutions and assisted leaders in effectively managing change. In her role she leads Human Resources, Internal Communications and Training.
Previously, Cathleen spent six years at Arrow International and Teleflex Medical, where she progressed through various Human Resources leadership roles supporting the Global Cardiac Care business unit as well as led Talent Management initiatives.
Cathleen has a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of San Francisco, with a minor in Business Administration.

SIR-Spheres Y-90 resin microspheres are indicated for the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and
unresectable metastatic liver tumors from primary colorectal cancer in patients refractory to or intolerant of chemotherapy.
