If, for any reason, your order of SIR-Spheres Y-90 resin microspheres has to be canceled or amended, please contact Sirtex no later than 18:00:00 SGT Wednesday of the week before implantation is scheduled. Receipt of your cancellation/amendment will be confirmed by Sirtex.
