SIR-Spheres® Y-90 resin microspheres are a medical device used in selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT) for treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or unresectable metastatic liver tumors from primary colorectal cancer in patients refractory to or intolerant of chemotherapy.
