SIR-10100 SIROSTM Delivery Dome SIROSTM Delivery Dome is a reusable non-sterile radiation shield designed to facilitate set-up of the SIROSTM D-Vial, SIROSTM D-Vial Holder and SIROSTM Delivery Set for dose administration. A center ring stabilizes and positions theSIROSTM D-Vial Holder for delivery of the SIR-Spheres dose.
SIR-10300 SIROSTM Delivery Set SIROSTM Delivery Set is a sterile single-use clear tubing and connector system designed to facilitate the delivery for implantation of radioactive SIR-Spheres via an intra-arterial catheter. It includes standard Luer connections and contains one-way/backflow prevention valves for control of flow direction.
SIR-10200 SIROSTM D-Vial Prep Set SIROSTM D-Vial prep set includes:
  • SIROSTM D -Vial: Sterile single use vial which is used to facilitate delivery of the suspended microspheres. Two integrated flexible tubes with standard Luer connectors allow for connection to the delivery set. Supplied with a sheathed 21 gauged drawing up needle and two blue non-vented Luer caps.
  • SIROSTM D-Vial holder: a single use non-sterile radiation shield designed to accommodate the SIROSTM D-Vial and features a screw top.
  • Transport Base: a single use non-sterile support designed to hold SIROSTM D-Vial during priming, dose preparation and transport.
Additional hospital accessories required:
  • Two 20 mL luer lock syringes filled with non-iconic solution, either 5% dextrose/glucose solution (D5W/G5) or water for injection
  • Two 20 mL luer lock syringes filled with non-iconic contrast

SIR-Spheres® Y-90 resin microspheres are indicated for the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or unresectable metastatic liver tumors from primary colorectal cancer (mCRC) in patients refractory to or intolerant of chemotherapy.
